Practice Manager
She is responsible for the management of the practice and co-ordinates all services and planning. She is also a registered nurse working on certain days in the treatment room

Administration

Our administration and reception staff are caring team members and provide a necessary and most valuable contribution to the team overall. Their job is varied, responsible and difficult, and we ask you to treat them with respect. They are available to offer you assistance at all times.

Team members are Andrea, Catherine, Rachel, Maureen and Leslie. Helen and Marion are our practice secretaries.

Community Nurses

Our District Nurses are based at Southway clinic. They can be contacted on 314889.

Health Visitors

We have two part-time health visitors. They specialise in the care of children less than 5 years of age. They are based at Whitleigh Wise Owls Child Centre, Sir John Hunt School Campus, Lancaster Gardens and can be contacted on 237692. There is an answer phone service when they are out of their office.

Baby clinic is held on a Wednesday afternoon between 1-3 p.m. at the above address.

Counsellors

Our counsellor Paula works one day a week at the practice. Appointments to see her are by appointment after referral by the doctor. There is a waiting list for this service, so we do ask people to cancel their appointments if they are unable to attend.We also have Jon-Paul who works on Tuesday and Friday with the same booking system
