SystmConnect Update

As you are all aware we have now moved to an online triage system (SystmConnect) which will help us help you a little better. This is accessed via the front page of this website. The link will take you directly through to the system where you can place all of your requests for access to our services.

We would like to take this opportunity to ask that you add as much information as possible in the requests. This will allow us to be able to make a better decision on the pathway that is best for your request and save valuable time when allocating GP’s or Advanced Practitioners appointments and allow them to better understand your clinical need.

As always, if you cannot access this system then you can still phone through and get one of our Admin Team to place this request in on your behalf, or, one of your relatives can do this on your behalf too.

We would also like to take the opportunity to thank you all for your patience in helping us make this change in the way we work. We hope that this will allow us to be more accessible overall.
