IT Outage

Budshead Medical Practice experienced an IT outage for a couple of hours this afternoon. We are very sorry about this and it was completely out of our control. Hopefully there wasn’t too much disruption. This not only happened to Budshead, but happened across the entire Plymouth region and all practices were affected by this. It seems it wasn’t just the clinical system that was affected, but the entire internet connection. Once again, many apologies for this interruption. We cam back online at 1625hrs 13 Feb 25.
