If you would like to request your test results, please complete our online test results request form or telephone the practice.
You may also view your test results via the NHS App.
Please wait a minimum of five days before contacting us.
If you telephone the practice, please call after 14:00.
Cervical smear test results are notified in writing.
Do not worry if we do not contact you about your blood test results. We will only contact you if any further actions are required. Please remember to let us have an up to date telephone number in case we need to contact you.
We do have a strict policy regarding confidentiality and data protection. In this respect we will only release test results to the person to whom they relate, unless that person has given prior permission for the release of this data or they are not capable of understanding the results.
It is your responsibility to check your results and to make an appointment to discuss them with your doctor if you are advised to do so.
