This number is available to call from 08:00 – 18:30 between Monday – Friday and from 08:00 – 13:00 over weekends and bank holidays. Appointments are located at Mount Gould Medical Centre.
Accessible Information Standard
The AIS directs and defines a specific, consistent approach to identifying, recording, sharing and meeting the communication needs of people with a disability or sensory loss. We are happy to offer assistance to anyone who needs it. This includes people who are deaf, blind, have a learning disability, autism or dementia, or communication difficulties.
